Things to Avoid:

·        DAIRY - (All pasteurized dairy products)
·        REFINED SUGARS (white sugar, brown sugar, confectioners sugar,     corn syrup, processed corn fructose, etc)
·        GRAINS - (pasta, breads, rice, etc.)
·        CHEMICAL SUGAR SWEETENERS
·        MSG (Monosodium Glutamate or Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein)
·        ALCOHOL- (except red wine)
·        CAFFEINE- (in moderation)
·        RED MEAT- (no more than 1 time a month)
·        PROCESSED FOODS- Reduce or Avoid
·        COMMON TABLE SALT- Reduce


Foods and Dietary Suggestion to Fight Inflammation:

·        ALL FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
·        INCREASE FIBER
·        FRESH FISH- (ocean, river, or lake)
·        LEAN MEATS- (eggs, chicken, turkey)
·        OMEGA-3 supplement- (Fish oil)
·        WILD GAME- (deer, elk, etc.)
·        NUTS- (raw almonds, cashews, walnuts, etc.)
·        SPICES- (ginger, turmeric, garlic, dill, oregano, basil, etc.)
·        OILS AND FATS- (extra virgin olive oil, organic butter)
·        SALAD DRESSINGS- (balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice)
·        WATER- (half your body weight in ounces)
·        ALCOHOL- (red wine)
·        CANDY- (dark chocolate)

Making these few changes will help with pain and inflammation throughout your body.
