Tamara "Tami" Gonzales
Tamara Gonzales works at Sweeney Chiropractic as the office manager and rehabilitation therapist as well as our account specialist; she has been in the medical field for several years and has gained chiropractic experience including nutritional therapy and progressive rehab therapy. She developed an interest in the natural approaches to healthcare after spending time in a pain management clinic, which included long term narcotic use as well as failed back surgeries and series of steroid injections. None of which produced any results. At first hand, and spending time with patients she began to see the negative effect of drug abuse from long term pain. She perused a more rewarding career on medically based information and proven techniques that healed the body and improves the symptoms without any drug use and without any negative long term effects. She developed and interest in chiropractic therapy and gained knowledge in progressive rehab therapy and the techniques that are applied are proven to help improve the body’s overall function, immune system, allergies among other things.
Tamara Gonzales earned her diploma in Medical Billing and Coding from Anthem Career College and is working on her chiropractic therapy assistant license as well as certified billing and coding specialist license. Her interests include spending time with her family, gardening, hiking, swimming, and fishing. With her charismatic and warming smile she makes each patient feel like family at the office. With an “I can” attitude, Tamara is prompt and thorough in all aspects of the clinic.
